Install Taglocity 3.0 for Outlook

Please click here if the installer (Taglocity.Setup.v3.rtm.rc15.msi) does not start downloading within 5 seconds.

Installation Guidelines

1. Please close Outlook before installing Taglocity 3.0 for Outlook (if not, you must restart Outlook after installation).
2. Simply run the Taglocity.Setup.v3.rtm.rc13.msi file after it has finished downloading and follow the steps in the installation wizard.
3. Restart Outlook. If Taglocity does not start automatically, please restart your computer.

Upgrade Note

Taglocity 3.0 Beta will upgrade Taglocity 2.0 and automatically migrate tags and settings. You can continue to use roaming configuration and TeamFeed with your existing TeamFeed account. You can always uninstall the beta and reinstall version 2.0 if you wish to but we think you'll not ever want to do that!

System Requirements for Taglocity™

Taglocity 3.0 for Outlook 2003 and 2007 has the following requirements:

Microsoft Windows XP (SP2) / 2003 / Vista - All Editions as supported by Microsoft Office.
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SP2+ or Outlook 2007 (English). Please note that we plan to support additional languages soon.
Microsoft x86 32 bit .NET 2.0 + (included in Vista). The Taglocity installation routine will provide you with a link to install this if your system doesn't have it.
Microsoft Windows Desktop Search 3.0 or greater. This is automatically included with Microsoft Vista, and many earlier versions of Windows will already have it installed too. If not, you can find it here. If you are in doubt, ignore this because Taglocity function without this.
Recommended Hardware includes: 500 Mhz or higher processor, 256 MB of RAM, 100 MB of hard disk space, 1024 x 768 video resolution.
IMAP: IMAP based email is not supported by Taglocity 3.0 for Outlook.
Exchange Cached Mode: If you use Exchange with Outlook, please make sure you use Cached Mode (default) otherwise search based features will not work well.
