Taglocity Search is more powerful than built-in Outlook search or third-party desktop search tools. It can be indispensable when trying to locate things that are difficult to find based on keyword searches alone. This increases productivity as time is no longer wasted digging for buried information.

Taglocity Search helps make results sets more relevant. You can search on any combination of keywords to include or exclude, tags ( categories All Taglocity tags are mapped to Outlook categories, and saved on items as Outlook categories. You can even use the Outlook categories feature to assign and remove tags.), people, locations (folders), item type (email vs. contact vs. attachments, etc.), and date range (not before or after a single date as with Windows Search).

Other features include preview, reading pane, pruning by tag cloud, grouping (including by conversation like Gmail), and column filtering (like Excel).
