Outlook 2003 & 2007

In Outlook 2003 and 2007, Taglocity has two toolbars:

1.The always-on main toolbar called the Taglocity toolbar with command buttons for accessing Taglocity features. Jump to Toolbar or Ribbon Commands and Taglocity Command Buttons for details.
2.An optional toolbar called the Tag Bar with buttons that represent user-defined tags for quick access. Jump to Tag Bar for details.

Note  Please do not use the built-in Outlook menu customization feature to turn Taglocity toolbars off (by right-clicking on any toolbars). They will keep getting turned on again and that will annoy you!

Tip  The Taglocity toolbar is always on but you can reduce the space it uses; and you can also turn the Tag Bar off in the Taglocity Toolbars/Ribbon & Tagger section of settings.

Outlook 2010

In Outlook 2010, Taglocity has a ribbon tab with groups of commands. Some commonly accessed features are included in a Taglocity group on the home tabs of the applicable Outlook items such as mail, contacts, calendar, etc. In addition, the Tag Bar is shown initially shown on the mail home tab as well as the Taglocity tab.

Tip  In Outlook 2010 you can use the built-in Outlook ribbon customization feature to put Taglocity command groups (such as the Tag Bar or the Compact Tag Bar) on other ribbons. For example, by default, the Tag Bar does not appear on the home ribbons for Outlook items other than mail such as contacts, calendar, etc. You can choose where the three provided  including two normal Tag Bar groups and one compact Tag Bar gallery. Tag Bars appear.
