- Quality Assurance Testers
Position Overview
We are looking for bright individuals to test, evaluate, and
critique our software and documentation to ensure market readiness.
We believe QA is an integral part of the development process,
not an activity at the end of the development process.
The ideal candidates will have good technical knowledge, a passion
for quality, and the necessary skills to seek out and help resolve
issues. Excellent communication skills are essential too.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans for functional and performance conformance
- Write unit tests including code as necessary for automation
- Setup and maintain the test environment
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Identify, investigate, document, and track issues
- Verify fixed issues and communicate results to interested
stakeholders
- Assist developers with occasional research projects
- Work closely with other team members to achieve the
highest possible software quality
- Help transfer knowledge internally and externally
Requirements:
- A degree in computing science or related post-secondary
education;
- Strong knowledge of Internet and server based solutions;
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (especially
Outlook) preferred;
- .NET coding experience sufficient to write unit tests
and converse with developers;
- An understanding of software configuration management;
- Experience with software requirements systems and change
control;
- Ability to spot poor user interface design and suggest
improvements;
- Excellent analytical skills, detailed-oriented, organized,
and flexible;
- Ability to communicate at both the technical and managerial
level;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
- Willingness and ability to share knowledge and ideas;
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to establish rapport, trust and confidence with
team and peers.

Position Overview
We are looking for articulate, energetic and motivated individuals
with outstanding phone and communication skills to join our
business development team in Yaletown, Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities:
- Create initial calls into opportunities generated by
our marketing programs
- Use your own skills and intuition to generate leads
- Set up on-line meetings between prospects and our sales
executives
- Provide sales support services to sales executives
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in sales or a related position;
- Experience using customer relationship software (e.g.,
ACT! or Salesforce.com)
- Comfortable calling on executives
- Energy and enthusiasm with the will and desire to learn
a new approach towards appointment setting.
